BrianO You cant go wrong. I like black and red, in that order, but without a huge preference.

Good luck.

They are quite accomplished at the stink eye.

It does impact that. It is the measurement of her loin is longer than would be ideal for a hunting dog and therefore weaker in structure. Here is a good visual. It is hard to see on photos but hands on you find the end of the rib cage and the beginning of hip assembly and see how much real estate is there. She is long when you get hands on her even if the fluffy coat hides it.

Yes, they start going home tomorrow morning, so I have to make my pick or two picks today.

I we have done a structural evaluation but the numbers are so close, there is a one point spread for 2nd pick and the first pick is only 5 point ahead. So, it is a pick your poison decision since they all have positives and negatives.

I will say straight green (not the one with black over lapping the green, we had collar confusion this morning) is out of the running. She is deceptive looking when freshly groomed. She is long in the loin and has less fill of chest than I would like. Here she is with her appropriate pink collar and wet. As you can see she would be even longer looking when stacked with her rear in the right place. She has so many great positives. I love her head, she has really nice bone for a European bred puppy, and good god the coat! But she just doesnt have the front or body proportion I need.
